Congratulations to our monthly recognition winners! Raleigh was chosen for having great behavior, leadership, and pleasant personality to start the school year. Jealousy was selected for passing her final level of PMI for shop class. She is the only student has successfully completed all 6 levels. Mrs. Brands was voted due to her hard work with Battle of the Bridge collections and being thorough with all our finances. 1st Sgt. Dukes was chosen for onboarding twenty new cadets and being able to successfully help them navigate the start of school. Congratulations to all our monthly recognition award winners.

Battle of the Bridge at LHS! Loudon vs. Lenoir City – Season Opener Friday Evening August 29 Kickoff: 7:00 PM Loudon High School Football Field Special Ceremony at 6:30 PM We’ll be honoring the newest inductees into the LHS Football Hall of Fame—come early to celebrate these outstanding contributors to our program. The Food Drive Announcement will be immediately following the Hall of Fame Announcement. Important Season-Long Football Game Guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all: Children in middle school or younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+). LHS is not responsible for supervising children at events. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event and possible suspension from future events. Friday night is the football Battle of the Bridge. Gate will open at 5:15 with pre-game festivities beginning at 6:30. There will be the Hall of Fame inductees, Good Samaritan Food Drive, National Anthem, and kickoff at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $10 at the gate or you can skip the line by purchasing through Hudl tickets for an additional processing fee. When it comes to supporting our students, Dr. Kile is top tier! Whether it is as guidance counselor, Key Club, Launch programs, or many of her other hats, Dr. Kile is always there. Look who's 30 (Or so he says)! Happy Birthday Mr. Haun! He is a vital part of our English department and leads our English III American Literature courses. He is a fan favorite. Thank you for providing high quality instruction and for supporting our students!

Loudon High School extends our condolences to the Watson family. Coach Watson was a beloved member of the Redskin family and a tremendous former coach. Coach Watson left a legacy of what it means to have Redskin Pride.
