Maria Warren with Loudon County Schools was named TN Supervisor of the Year by Commissioner Candice McQueen and the Dept. of Education.

Loudon County has been named an Exemplary School District by the state of Tennessee. In addition, five schools - FLMS, HPES, NMS, PES, SES - have been named Reward Schools.

6th place: Ft. Loudoun $100
7th place: Philadelphia $75

9th place: Loudon High $25

Today TDOE releases graduation rates and Loudon County has improved to 94.78%. This rate is an increase from 92.5% from last year and the highest graduation we have ever experienced. The state rate held steady at 89.1%.

Congratulations & Kudos on being recognized by the Tennessee Department of Education as one of the highest performing school districts in the state. There were 11 school districts in the state that scored a level 5, the highest possible level, in all categories.

Three Loudon County School Board members have been sworn in during August. Bobby Johnson was re-elected to his seat. Kim Bridges and Zach Cusick will be joining the Board this year. Welcome!
