Due to an increased number of staff and students out sick, Loudon County Schools will be closed Friday, Jan. 31 - Tuesday, Feb. 4. Everyone will return to school Wed., Feb. 5.

Congratulation to all Greenback and Loudon High School students who participated and placed in the Regional HOSA competition on January 24, 2020 at Lee University! Loudon High School took home 1st place in Personal Care 3rd place in Medical Terminology and 3rd in Physical Therapy. Greenback High School took home 1st in researched and persuasive speaking as well at Forensic Science. 2nd in prepared speaking, 3rd in medical math, 3rd in vet science, 3rd in dental terminology, 4th behavioral health, 4th pharmacology, 5th EMT.
Loudon County Schools will be on normal schedule Thursday and Friday. On a typical day we have about 5% absent; today was 6.9%. We will continue to monitor the attendance situation daily and take appropriate action when it becomes necessary.
