Getting Started

 *   Bookmark (add to your Favorites) the internet shortcut to netTrekker d.i.: http://school.nettrekker.com<http://school.nettrekker.com/>.
 *   Review the netTrekker d.i. Start-Up Guide <http://school.nettrekker.com/help/DI/customers/startup.epl> to help you get started on your
      new subscription.
 *   Register a username. See attached Log In Options for details, access netTrekker d.i.
NetTrekker d.i. recommends that each user create a login for themselves through the online registration process. A login enables access to netTrekker d.i. from school or home. Usernames may not be duplicated; however, passwords may be repeated. Students, teachers, and parents have the ability to create their own usernames and passwords from our registration page. Optionally, the use of a single shared username is permitted in netTrekker d.i.
 
To create usernames, please go to http://school.nettrekker.com<http://school.nettrekker.com/> and click Register. Instructions and a video on how to register a username can be found in Help>Registering with netTrekker, or follow the link: http://elementary.nettrekker.com/help/all/DI_basics/register.epl
 
Administrative Tools

An Administrative username allows access to netTrekker d.i. Admin Tools which is located in the yellow My Tools section in netTrekker d.i. This provides you with the ability to track your school’s usage and manage usernames registered to a particular school. See netTrekker d.i. Start-Up Guide for more details.
 
An Administrator username has been created for you. We recommend that you change the password for this username by going to Profile in My Tools, once you log into netTrekker. If you have a district subscription, you can move among your different schools with your admin username by clicking Profile in the yellow My Tools section, and changing the school name with which it is associated by clicking on the school name drop-down menu (at the bottom of the screen).
